之前发过USGA与R&A公布的2012-2015版高尔夫规则的主要修订的英文版，前段时间恰好有时间看了一遍最新的高尔夫规则全本，于是将英文简单地译成中文供大家参考。

自从上周R&A和USGA联合发布了未来四年的高尔夫规则修订，相应的规则书电子版也在两大官方网站提供下载。与此同时，在亚马逊网站上，2012版高尔夫规则的图解版、以及2012-2013版的高尔夫判例书也悄然上线，提供预售。 (more…)

今天上线，收到发自Global Golf Post的电子杂志，里面有一篇《Rules of Golf: Changes for the Better》，是2012-2015版规则修订的一些报道，才知道新版的高尔夫规则已经出炉。

上了R&A的官方网站，果然看到有规则修订的内容，还有规则电子版的下载（注：该版本规则于2012年1月1日生效）。

1. If a player finds a ball, deems it unplayable, drops it within two club-lengths, plays it and then discovers that the ball is not his, there is a penalty for playing a wrong ball.
2. In match play, there is a penalty if a teed ball not in play on the teeing ground is knocked off the tee with a practice swing.
3. A player’s ball lies in a bunker covered by leaves. He uses his club to remove enough leaves to enable him to see part of the ball. As he addresses the ball, he touches some of the leaves with his club. What is the ruling?
4. An old hole plug which has sunk below the level of the surface of the green is a hole made by a greenkeeper and therefore ground under repair.
5. A sprinkler head does not interfere with the lie of the ball, stance, or area of swing; a player may not take relief under the obstruction Rule for mental interference.

1. A player’s tee shot is in a difficult lie through the green. He deems the ball unplayable and drops it within two club-lengths of where it lay but it comes to rest in the same position from which he took relief. Which one of the following is correct?
2. A competitor took relief from a lateral water hazard, dropped a ball in a wrong place (three club-lengths from where the original ball last crossed the hazard margin) and played it; his total penalty is three strokes.
3. Even when it is obvious that a dropped ball will roll into a hazard or out of bounds, the player may not place the ball instead of dropping it.
4. The Committee may not enlist the help of the players in removing casual water from the putting green if they have not finished the hole.
5. Before completing an 18-hole competition, two competitors play two additional holes that were not included in the stipulated round; there is no penalty.

本文将要讲到的是关于泰格的一个非常著名的判例，并且这个案例的图片被用于了2004年版图解版高尔夫规则书的封面。

一直不怎么在博客上写很多关于规则分析的日志，有两方面原因，第一是自己平时疏于学习，很多东西一直停留在一知半解的基础上，自然不敢拿出来误导群众;第二方面是由于规则的细节性，即有其中一个细节不一样，得出来的处理结果往往大相径庭。很多时间在一些博客或网站上看到一些资深裁判如李今亮老师，风尘子等人写的规则文章，一步一步的分析进而得出结果，让我很是汗颜。 (more…)
