2010年高尔夫规则判例

由于是整篇整篇复制的，所以不会出现有错误的可能，所以大家放心阅读吧。如果还是不放心你还可以在官网上阅读。USGA官网的入口在这里；R&A官网的入口在这里。

高尔夫规则判例电子版（2010年）已经存放在Google Code里，下载点这里。群里的朋友也可以在群共享里下载。

球手找到了一个球，以为是他的，球位于一个很不好的球位。他选择认定该球为不可打之球然后选择按28a的处置程序，回到上次击球的地方打下一杆（即“一杆加距离”处罚）。但是后来发现，原来他的初始球在一个可打的位置。

A:
由于球手选择了“一杆加距离”的处置程序，所以初始球被认为是“遗失”了，按“一杆加距离”所打的球成为使用中球。但是如果球手当初选择了28b或28c的处理程序的话，那么这个案例的处罚将有很大的不同，如下：

如果按规则28b或28c处理的话，这两个规则要求必须要知道球正确的位置，才可以有正确的参考点去抛球；所以在按这两个规则去处理的话，球必须能够被找到被认定是球手的（见判例28/1）。在上述案例中，所找到的球成为替换球，但是初始球的确切位置无法确定，这时必须按28a（27-1）处置。如果按规则28b或28c处理， 将被认为”在错误的地方打球“。

所以，在比洞赛中，该洞负；在比杆赛中，球手首先要接受接正确程序处罚的一杆，另外由于从错误的地方打球，加罚两杆。
如果该行为严重违反了规则，除非球手按20-7c改正，否则将被取消资格。

    不可以。由于球无法以肯定位于该掘穴动物洞穴中，寻找球5分钟过后，球被认为已经遗失，规则27-1适用。

        问题 – A player’s ball is unplayable in a bush. He declares it unplayable and decides to drop a different ball within two club-lengths of where it lay not nearer the hole. What is the ruling?

        答：You said The player incurs no penalty.

        答案：The correct answer was The player incurs a one stroke penalty.

        一看，处理上没有什么问题，很奇怪为什么会问What is the ruling?

        没错，我们将注意力放在了球手的处理程序上，以为在处置上出现了违反规则的行为。按规则28，球员可以拿起并擦拭他的球，或者替换一个球。所以问题中的球手行为是没有错的，但是由于选择了规则28，所以有一杆处罚。
